One way is through our extensive direct marketing campaign, where we target and contact raw land owners and inquire if they have a need to sell their property. The other way is by going to county auctions, where properties that have been repossessed by the county go up for bid at an auction. A lot of these auctions are now conducted online, which brings out more competition and drives the price up too high, but we still like attending the actual live auctions and seeing if we can find some deals there. The good news is that we only select highly desirable properties, that we can buy at a significant discount, and then pass these savings along to you.
